In the small Dutch town of Uden, surrounded by the sounds of her parents’ record store, Nona grew up with music as her constant companion. Whether she was playing the flute, piano, or guitar, or spending hours lost among stacks of vinyl, music was in her blood. It wasn’t long before she realized that her future lay in melodies and lyrics.
In 2018, her debut single It’s Alright propelled her into the spotlight of the Dutch music scene. The self-titled debut album that followed garnered widespread acclaim, earning her nominations including an Edison Award for Best Newcomer. Her second album, No Tears In My Champagne(2022), showcased her artistic growth and featured hits like Forever Yours, which has come close to 20 million streams. Meanwhile, Sleeptalking, from her debut album, remains another fan favorite. These achievements are more than milestones – they reflect the deep connection she forges with her audience.
