At first glance, the band resembles a younger version of Led Zeppelin in their prime. JAYLER is a four-piece rock band formed in 2022 in the Midlands. The band consists of: JAMES BARTHOLOMEW - lead vocals/guitarist, TYLER ARROWSMITH - lead guitarist/bass guitarist, ED EVANS - drummer/bass guitarist, and RICKY HODGKISS - bass guitar/keyboard/bass guitarist. James and Tyler met at an open mic night, and the duo quickly became known as JAY-LER.
When Tyler went to the same music school as James, they decided to expand the band. Soon, good friends and fellow students Ed Evans joined on drums and Ricky Hodgkiss on bass. JAYLER is a promising new band creating exciting, new rock music that every generation can enjoy. With over 100 performances and festivals under their belt and a packed tour lineup this year, including international shows, the future looks bright for JAYLER.
At every performance, the band captivates audiences not only with their phenomenal musical talents, which far surpass their young age, but also with their energetic performances and captivating stage presence.
